EnvelopiQ Validated Custom Solutions Envelop Service
The Bottleworks District is a fusion of the past and present in the heart of Indy’s historic Mass Ave neighborhood. The original location of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company, this 12-acre campus took on a new life in the city and serves as a culinary, arts, and entertainment hub.
The mixed-use space features a food hall, bars, restaurants, boutiques, movie theatre, boutique hotel, retail shops, offices, and residential units. It is the largest single private development of its kind in Indiana.
The developers, Hendricks Commercial Properties, enlisted EnvelopiQ to deploy district-wide technology solutions that provide a seamless user experience to guests, tenants, and customers. They used products and systems from Alerton and Belimo and performed various system platform integrations. VCS implemented Valent dedicated outdoor air systems throughout the facility.
