What is the most rewarding part of a service call?

It’s really rewarding when you fix something that has been a long term problem or many people have tried to fix before. As an individual, whenever you solve something that a lot of people have struggled with, that is an incredible feeling. I also like a simple thank you from the customer. That goes a long way.

What advice would you give someone looking at this career path?

It’s better to be slow and 99.9% accurate than to get the job done quickly.
